As a labor and delivery nurse and trained birth doula, I am intimately familiar with the birth process and the birth space. There is nothing in the world like witnessing a beautiful, strong mama bring new life into this world and no matter how many I see or what role I'm in, it never gets old. It is truly a gift and a privilege to hold space for you as a part of your birth team.

Labor, delivery, and recovery are physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually intense and exhausting - you won't remember a lot of it when it's done.
